- When you go to bed, play it so quiet, that you can barely hear it…
- Lay as comfortable as possible.
- Close your eyes.
- Take a deep breath.
- Now put your attention to your feet – check your toes, your feet, your ankles.
- Put your attention to your calves now – check them slowly and just feel your body.
- Feel your knees, your thighs, and slowly wander through all your body.
- Check your torso, your arms, your head.
While you are doing this, and just feel into your body, your subconsciousness will perceive all the corrections done through the audio file.
That will stop your thinking and will improve not only falling asleep, but also your sleep.
